As we associate
July 4th with fireworks and bbq - hot dogs, hamburgers, etc, just thought I'd put a plug in for a place in St George that Carol and I found, and, to wish you all a happy fourth! Whatever you eat, enjoy your freedom to do so.

I've read 1776 by David McCullough, it's amazing how we got the freedoms we now take for granted. A
really good read, if you're looking for one. Non fiction can hold your interest, really.

Located on Sunset Blvd on the way to Santa Clara. They have great cat fish, too!

This was fresh out of the smoker - right on site - and served with sauce (if you feel the need) and has great smokey taste and falls off the bone. Carol has never really liked bbq ribs - until she had these. (
Thanks to Carol and her cell phone camera knowledge.)

A portion of what you get,
or you can get a whole rack - and share with two others! Now, go grill those hot-dogs
:-)

The ribs are SO good and tender. Just take a little ride to St. George and then head out towards Santa Clara, turn right, and YUM--RIBS!
Thanks alot! It's after 10 o'clock, and I want ribs now! Those hot dogs and hamburgers don't sound as good for tomorrow.
I love ribs. My favorite ribs are at Lucille's BBQ. Yum!
Lindsay...not too late to come up?... Alli...these are better than Lucille's.
If they are better than Lucille's then I must try them. We are thinking about coming to St. George for a couple of days. July 23-25. Will you and Carol be there? If so maybe we could go there with you guys!
Alli. We will be sure to be in St George for sure, if you're sure you'll be here, to ensure you surely enjoy Q4U BBQ. Andrea's B-day and Pioneer day week-end.
We are planning on coming. Heidi and Nate and the kids are coming too. We are planning on going boating. We will also plan for that BBQ place. Sounds good!
That looks awesome! I'm envious! If only I could get a plate of those ribs through my web browser just from visiting your website. Maybe someday.
I haven't read that book but early American history is of interest to me. One of my favorite books is by A. J. Langguth. The book is called Patriots: The Men Who Started the American Revolution. From one who usually only reads programming books with pages of code, I would highly recommend this one.
Thanks, Jason. Perfect timing, I'm looking for a new book.
